Due to the handmade nature of our products, All returns can only be accepted within 24 hours for all other collections and 14 days for luxury candles. if the products are damaged with a clear picture of the product, we offer 48 hours return policy and a full refund

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide assistance if eligible.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
