Handcrafted Products

Products sold by Lotus & Flame Crafts are individually handcrafted. Natural variations in color, marbling, texture, shape, scent, finish, and small air bubbles may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Candle Safety

Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep them away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Customers are responsible for reading and following all candle-care and safety instructions supplied with the product.

Product Use

Products must be used only for their intended purpose. Lotus & Flame Crafts is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the provided safety instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@lotusflamecrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Unless otherwise stated, the original product images, written content, logos, and designs displayed on this website belong to Lotus & Flame Crafts and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
